At Numi, we want you to love every purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it securely to your package.

  Package and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized courier location listed on your return instructions.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
